White Sands National Monument

Are you in New Mexico and you're just bored? Well you should go to White Sands National Monument.You should come here because this is way different than other state parks. Wanna know why? It's because the whole park is full of sand! It's located in Tularosa, northern New Mexico. This area has sand dunes & rugged mountains. In the White Sands National Monument you can take pictures or go looking for sand dunes. If you want you could stop for picnics, hiking trails, & some exhibits.

Santa Fe Plaza

Do you like plazas & historical buildings? Well if you do, what are doing? Go to the Santa Fe Plaza! You will find colorful walkways, restaurants, historical buildings, & all types of shops selling items only found in New Mexico. The Plaza is located in Santa Fe. This place is good for lingering or relaxing under the leafy trees. The Plaza also brings tourists to Santa Fe because of all the abstract artwork.

Albuquerque International Balloon Festival

Are you wanting to party? Then go to the Albuquerque International Festival! Every fall, Albuquerque hosts the world's largest hot air balloon festival, bringing crowds of more than 80,000 people. This tradition has grown to occupy a 365- acre park with more than 500 balloons! In addition to the bright colored skies this festival offers plenty of things to do. Some activities you can do are watch live music, go to a craft show, see dozens of street performers, along with the numerous vendors. If you like to have fun you should go to the Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon festival!
